EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY
CREATING A CONSOLIDATED, PAN-EUROPEAN FOCUS ON DELIVERING MARKET-SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS AND EXPERTISE
ANGUS has introduced a new distribution strategy for the company’s complete portfolio of nitroalkanes and their derivatives sold in Europe.
Through a consolidated regional distributor network, ANGUS is shifting to a Pan-European approach for serving customers in the life sciences, personal care and metalworking fluids markets. The company will maintain a regional approach serving the paints and coatings and other industrial markets in order to address the specialized needs of formulators and manufacturers in different geographies.
Does this impact all ANGUS products?
The company's new distributors (see below) are authorized to sell ANGUS products to their respective markets following the completion of a de-stocking and transition period with ANGUS’ former European distributors.
When do these changes go into effect?
The transition to the new distribution agreements, which began January 1, 2017, is expected to be completed by late spring.
Does this distribution strategy impact customers who purchase products directly from ANGUS?
No. Customers serviced directly by ANGUS will continue to be served by ANGUS. Additionally, specific markets not covered under the agreements will continue to be directly served by ANGUS.
Does this change affect all regions?
This change applies only to ANGUS products sold in the European market.
